International Tuition Deposit

Tuition and fees vary by program, and the tuition deposit amounts are estimated based on current tuition rates. Before paying your tuition deposit, please review the refund policy to ensure you understand the refund process, eligibility requirements, and applicable refund amounts.

  • Tuition Deposit payment is required in full to accept an offer and secure a seat in a program. The deposit amount is calculated using current tuition rates and includes tuition and other mandatory student fees for the first term or first year of study, depending on the program. The deposit will be applied toward tuition and fees beginning in the first term. Refer to your offer for the exact amount required to accept the offer, either a  First-Term Estimate or First-Year Estimate.
  • Program Tuition Estimate is based on the current-year tuition rates for the entire duration of the program and does not include other mandatory student fees. Refer to the program page for a detailed fee breakdown.
  • The Non-Refundable Portion of the Tuition Deposit is $10,000 and applies to the specific 成人头条program indicated on the official Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Refer to the section on other non-refundable fees for details on different fees.
  • Tuition and other fees are approximate and subject to increase by up to 5% per year. Students will be responsible for paying any fee increases that occur during their period of enrolment. Refer to the program pages for a detailed fee breakdown.
  • Refunds are issued directly to the original payer using the same payment method. To ensure any refund is returned directly to the student, we strongly recommend that students make payments directly to VCC.

Important: Tuition deposit estimates are based on projected 2027-28 tuition rates and do not reflect future tuition increases.
